The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation, collaborating closely with stakeholders to analyze processes, identify opportunities for automation, and support RPA solutions to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and imize operations. Key Responsibilities: Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather detailed requirements for RPA solutions. Analyze business processes, identify automation opportunities, and assess feasibility. Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for RPA development. Process Mapping & Documentation: Create process flow diagrams, business process models, and documentation for automated processes. Conduct process assessments and propose solutions for process improvements and automation. RPA Implementation Support: Work closely with RPA developers to ensure business requirements are accurately translated into automated solutions. Provide support during the testing and deployment phases of RPA solutions. Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate that RPA bots are performing as expected. Stakeholder Communication & Training: Act as a liaison between business users and the technical RPA development team. Communicate project progress, issues, and risks to key stakeholders. Train business users on the use of RPA solutions and assist with change management. Continuous Improvement & imization: Monitor the performance of deployed RPA solutions and suggest enhancements or imizations. Work with the business and technical teams to troubleshoot issues and improve process efficiency. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of RPA projects, including documentation on processes, changes, and outcomes. Generate reports and provide insights on the effectiveness of RPA solutions. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Hands-on experience with RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) is highly desirable. Strong understanding of business process analysis, process mapping, and requirements gathering. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
