This role requires a strong background in managing data conversion, application migration, and systems integration. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in healthcare IT and a deep understanding of complex system transitions Education: Bachelors degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. PMP certification is required. Scrum Master certifications is a plus. Experience: Over 10 years of project and product management experience in healthcare IT. Experience in data migration, and system integrations due to mergers/acquisitions. Successful execution of large-scale projects in diverse healthcare environments, such as hospitals and clinics. Expertise in agile methodologies and system development lifecycle (SDLC) processes. Technical Skills: Proficient in tools such as SharePoint, and Microsoft Project Plan. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud), data interfaces (HL7), and healthcare-specific applications like EHR, PACS, and Lab systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
