The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in OIM/IAM development, troubleshooting, and implementation, with a deep understanding of identity management workflows, integrations, and compliance processes. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and troubleshoot Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) components and workflows. Design and execute data integration transformations for identity management projects using the OIM workflow engine. Create and manage core OIM components, such as scheduled tasks, adapters, and custom event handlers. Ensure SOX compliance and implement best practices in the IAM lifecycle. Provide solutions for Oracle Identity Manager 11gR2 and 12c environments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate OIM solutions with other applications and systems. Maintain documentation and support audits related to identity management processes. Qualifications Strong expertise in core OIM development and troubleshooting. Hands-on experience in implementing workflows and data integrations within OIM projects. Deep understanding of IAM lifecycle and SOX compliance audit processes. Practical exposure to Oracle Identity Manager versions 11gR2 and 12c. Ability to develop and manage custom OIM components like scheduled tasks. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
