Job Title : ServiceNow Business Process Consultant/Analyst Location Houston, TX (Local Candidates Preferred as job will require to go client onsite as per client need) Contract Short Description for Internal Candidates ServiceNow Business Process Consultant/Analyst Following rapid expansion of new client initiatives, the Client SaaS practice is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Business Process Consultant/Analyst with strong ServiceNow and experience and process knowledge to join our dynamic solutions team. Candidates may be based in TX, Houston Area. Role and Accountabilities: This opportunity will suit a motivated Business Process Consultant with a demonstrated record of offering ServiceNow related design and development support, successfully delivering on a wide range of Service Now related technical engagements. The successful candidate(s) will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties: Conduct in-depth analysis of current business processes and workflows to identify improvement opportunities during ServiceNow implementation. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional requirements for ServiceNow implementation, particularly in IT Service Management and IT Operations Management. Design and implement tailored Service Now solutions that optimize operational efficiency and align with business objectives. Lead the development of process documentation, including process maps and standard operating procedures, ensuring compliance with industry best practices. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate stakeholders and users on new processes and ServiceNow functionalities. Monitor and analyze post-implementation performance to identify areas for continuous improvement and optimization. Provide strategic guidance on integrating ServiceNow with other systems ensuring seamless workflow and data consistency. Act as a liaison between the technical team and business units, ensuring clear communication and understanding of process changes. Qualifications: Skills and Experience Requirements: Minimum of 4 years of experience in business process consulting or analysis, with a focus on IT service management and ITOM systems, preferably including experience with Service Now. Demonstrated ability in leading business process reengineering and optimization projects, with a track record of delivering tangible improvements Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights. Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, capable of engaging effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders. Experience in conducting workshops and training sessions for a diverse audience, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and adoption of new processes. Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and experience in integrating various IT systems and platforms for streamlined operations.
