Role- Business System Analyst/ BSA Location- Santa Clara ,CA Contract Job description- All selected responsibilities associated with Business Systems Analyst Level II , Lead multiple projects and trains and/or mentors other team members, peers and clients as appropriate . Investigate complex strategic business issues, researching and identifying inventive solutions. Collaborate with executive stakeholders to elicit their business concerns and develop workable solutions .Design BI dashboards, scorecards, charts/graphs, drill-downs, and dynamic reports to meet new i. BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems Management, Computer Science or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience ii. 5+ years of work experience with progressively increasing responsibility iii. Advanced knowledge of technologies relevant to the engagement iv. Advanced knowledge of SDLC methodology and UML v. Advanced proficiency in analytical, project planning, negotiating, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and oral) vi. Ability to Perform cost-benefit analysis, trending, forecasting, and financial analysis. vii. Advanced proficiency using various Microsoft Office desktop products.
