The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex network infrastructures, providing advanced support, and ensuring the highest level of network performance and security.Responsibilities:- Network Implementation: Implement complex network configuration , including LAN, WAN, SDWAN (ValoCloud) and cloud-based networks.- Advanced Troubleshooting: Provide third-level (L3) support for complex network issues, including performance tuning and optimization.- Security Management: manage network security measures, including firewalls (PaloAlto), intrusion detection/prevention systems- Performance Monitoring: Monitor network performance and reliability, using advanced tools to identify and resolve issues proactively.- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and SOPs.- Collaboration: Work closely with other teams ensure seamless integration and operation of network systems. Qualifications:- Education: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. - Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in network engineering, with a focus on advanced troubleshooting and network design.- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of networking protocols and technologies (e.g., BGP, OSPF, MPLS, QoS). - Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Ciscos CCNP/CCIE, PaloAlto Firewall, Aruba Switches, or equivalent. - Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to network management.
