Job Title: Release Engineer Location: Plano, TX (Onsite 5 days a week) Duration: 36 months contract-to-hire We are seeking a skilled Release Engineer to manage and release IP libraries and ensure the smooth distribution of IPs to customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in database management, scripting, and IP generation processes. This is a critical onsite role with a path to full-time direct hire. Key Responsibilities: Manage the release of IPs to customers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Generate and release IP libraries, including Verilog, .lib, and LEF views. Create timing models and support LVS/DRC processes. Generate Verilog models for IPs. Collaborate with teams to ensure quality and compliance with release standards. Required Qualifications: Mandatory: Proficiency in MySQL database management. Experience with Perl scripting. Strong Linux scripting skills. Preferred: C++ programming experience. Knowledge of Verilog. Familiarity with EDA tools such as Calibre and Synopsys. Understanding of HSPICE setup (analog design knowledge is a plus).
