MS D365 CRM Developer (Local Candidates Only) Location: Greensboro, NC (Onsite 2 days a week, 7900 National Service Road, Greensboro, NC 27409) Contract Details: 10+ months (with strong potential for extension) Rate: $50/hour Requirements: Candidates must be local to Greensboro, NC (within a 30-minute drive). Proof of residence (photo of a bill or equivalent document with the candidate's name and address). Valid photo ID and LinkedIn profile (created at least 3 years ago). Must be legally authorized to work in the USA. Local candidates who do not need to relocate will be prioritized. Primary Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and synthesize data to support solutions. Clearly articulate ideas, solutions, and technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ensure accuracy and quality in assigned tasks, assuming responsibility for deliverables. Collaborate across teams and maintain a proactive, positive attitude in challenging situations. Conduct technical analysis and create detailed specification documents. Develop technical architecture, strategy, and best practice guidelines. Monitor development progress and project milestones. Respect and adhere to product best practices. Required Experience and Skills: Education: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. CRM Development: 3+ years of experience in MS Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement development and configuration. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (C# preferred). Proficiency with Visual Studio or other IDEs. SQL and relational database management experience. CRM Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Service Module (recent experience in current or last project required). Experience with CRM processes, ideally in manufacturing environments. Familiarity with at least two CRM suite modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing). Power Platform: Hands-on experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Azure DevOps. Additional Tools: Knowledge of Dataverse. Power BI and Azure automated deployments (nice to have). Methodologies: Familiarity with DevOps and Agile methodologies. Soft Skills: Problem-solving, flexibility, autonomy in application design, and ability to collaborate effectively. Preferred Qualifications: Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 CE modules or Azure technologies. Experience with Power BI and additional PowerPlatform components. Skills in Azure development and automated deployments. Knowledge of CRM processes in claims, enrollment, or accumulators is a plus.
