Hiring: Business Analyst Location: 335 Adams Street, Brooklyn, NY, 11201 Duration: 12 Months Bill Rate: $55 to $60/hour Due Date: 01/28/2025 Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM EST Hybrid: 2 days onsite, 3 days remote (as per Client's Onsite Policy) Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to act as a liaison between Business Units and IT, bridging business needs with technical solutions. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders on complex business change initiatives. Facilitate cross-functional process reviews, requirements gathering, and solution design. Perform GAP analyses to identify improvement opportunities. Define feature requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Support UAT, regression testing, and training activities. Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and ensure project alignment with business goals. Mandatory Skills/Experience: 5+ years as a Business Analyst. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in SDLC (Waterfall/Agile), JIRA, and MS Office Suite. Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
