Need to have a strong consulting and analytical skill set and be detail-oriented. Need to be in the region for local time zone support. Focus includes knowing how to use Salesforce CRM for opportunity. Knowing how to use Salesforce CPQ for quote and BOM management. Need a quick learner that can spot differences and gaps in the tool stack and solve for it via manual intervention. Need to be able to document/highlight current state gaps for process improvement. Ability to coordinate sellers' needs, understand customer requirements, and validate the BOM and products with the product team. Need consultative skills to facilitate cross-function discussions. Need to manage BOM configuration. Need to develop pricing based on the price book. Need to quickly get ramped up and trained in process changes related to Deal Desk and Configure Price and Quote.
