Vendor will verify official references please submit candidates accordingly Job Description BI/BO Analyst/Developer / SAP Business Warehouse, SAP Business Objects Suite, WEBI Dashboard Designer, especially leveraging interaction with SAP R/3, experience with Suite on HANA. Superior skills with SAP products including SAP Business Warehouse, SAP Business Object Suite. This is a hybrid role with very limited on-site requirements. Focused on the development and deploying Reports and Dashboards using data from existing ECC on HANA environment. Role is a team member who reports to an FI/CO Architect and additionally the Project Manager. Will be working with Suite on HANA (ECC/R3 SAP ERP on HANA), with both BW and Business Objects. SAP BI/BO Analyst/ Developer - Responsibilities: The selected candidate will design and develop data management and business intelligence solutions using their expertise in SAP Business Objects As the SAP Business Objects Developer , you will design and build data management and business intelligence solutions You will be tasked to understand customer needs, data flows and operations to create Business Objects Reports and Dashboards Develop and validate reports, dashboards and cubes, ensuring thorough documentation Conduct analysis, write technical specifications and configure systems Utilize Web Intelligence 4.2/4.3 for template creation and modeling Utilize BW as needed for ETL to the BOBJ repository. Build require ABAP CDS View or (preferred HANA Views) to support the logical data requirements for analytics. Develop complex Business Objects Universes using IDT and resolve system errors Provide technical training and coaching to internal team members Collaborate in various testing phases, including integration, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production supp SAP BI/BO Analyst/ Developer - Required Skills - MUST HAVES: Citizen, Green Cardholder, Currently Sponsored H1B/I140 Proven skills with SAP ECC, SAP Business Warehouse, SAP Business Objects, WEBI, Dashboard Designer, Tableau and/or other Dashboard Tools, especially leveraging interaction with SAP ECC 6, SAP HANA Studio SAP S/4 Hana is a plus. Strong collaboration, analytical and data aggregation skills are required Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to develop and confidently present complex information to all levels of the organization are required A proven track record of leading the creation of Dashboard and Reporting strategies, including the successful deployment and support of those strategies Knowledge of Data Integration, Field mappings, Data Transformation, Data wrangling skills are required Applicant should show proven report/dashboard blueprinting and design experience Experience Level: 5-7 Years in SAP BI/BW Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Objects development and design Extensive expertise in SAP Business Objects, especially in web intelligence reports and the use of WEBI for dashboards. Proficient in SQL with the capability to write and optimize complex queries In-depth understanding of Derived Tables, Aggregate Awareness, Joins and Contexts Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to present solutions to senior management Experience with various testing methodologies and user training is an advantage Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to develop and confidently present complex information to all levels of the organization are required A proven track record of leading the creation of Dashboard and Reporting strategies, including the successful deployment and support of those strategies.
