The role requires a proactive individual who can handle both technical and business aspects of projects, including configuring and validating consent banners, gathering requirements, coordinating with teams, and reporting to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will act as a Subject Matter Expert on consent-related topics, ensuring smooth implementation and alignment with business needs while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.Key Responsibilities: Consent Management Expertise: Configure and validate consent banners with development teams and UAT teams. Act as a Subject Matter Expert for OneTrust and related tools like PrefCenter(OT). Clearly communicate capabilities and limitations of PrefCenter(OT) to stakeholders. Define and document business and technical requirements, keeping them updated over time. Analyze and articulate PrefCenters ability to fulfill requirements for digital properties and stakeholders. Project Management: Proactively manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously. Gather requirements, coordinate documentation, and manage stakeholder expectations. Track and update Consent Banner configurations to reflect the latest changes. Ensure timely delivery of expected deliverables by collaborating with other teams. Make necessary updates to process descriptions, scope documents, and communication templates. Leadership and Communication: Report to senior and executive leadership, providing updates in a clear and professional manner. Communicate changes and updates with stakeholders in a timely manner. Create presentation materials (slides/emails) for leadership-level discussions.Required Skills: Hands-on experience with OneTrust, PrefCenter(OT), and consent management tools. Strong knowledge of platform/banner configuration and validation processes. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders. Strong communication skills (verbal and written), including experience with senior leadership. Expertise in creating and maintaining process documentation and templates. Familiarity with working in cross-functional teams, including developers, UAT teams, and business stakeholders.Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a managing consultant role, balancing technical expertise with business consulting responsibilities. Proven ability to handle consent-related topics in digital environments. Familiarity with compliance requirements for consent and privacy management.
