You will work closely with a Product Owner (Squad Leader) and technology teams to create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog, as well as translate business requirements to technical resources to focus the team on delivering business solutions with the highest customer value. The Team The Business Analyst (BA) is a member of the Fidelity Health Customer Solutions Business Analyst Chapter, which supports product development across multiple health care domains. The BA works on a multi-functional Agile scrum team (squad), collaborating with technology and business customers to develop and implement product and service features in health care applications from inception to delivery. This is a newly created squad tasked with building a new HIPAA compliant Salesforce instance, which will integrate both participant details and vendor data to create a scalable support model and an improved experience for Fidelitys Reimbursement Account customers.
