Ensure solutions are both optimal and scalable. Take a key role in collaborating with the Salesforce and Conga engineering teams to capture technical requirements and design the overall solution architecture. Implement: Develop Salesforce solutions that adhere to platform best practices and conduct peer code reviews. Typical implementations will involve custom platform development using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components, as well as integrations with back-office systems, often through middleware tools. Additionally, you will be responsible for data migrations to ensure seamless transitions. Architecture: Define and design the technical architecture for DocuSign solutions that integrate with Salesforce and Apttus. Optimize data flows and architectural designs to ensure effective performance. Integration: Integrate IAM capabilities with various third-party applications and internal tools, particularly Salesforce and Conga, to ensure seamless data flow and functionality. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions, from concept to production. Build strong relationships with stakeholders and serve as a trusted expert on leveraging the DocuSign IAM platform throughout their business. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks promptly. Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, API documentation, and user guides. Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with the latest product features, releases, industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to enhance IAM solutions. Estimations: Responsible for estimating IT projects and conducting in-depth analyses of the short- and long-term impacts of various tactical options, providing valuable insights to the team and stakeholders. Mentorship: Guide junior Salesforce developers to ensure the successful implementation of internal capabilities. Basic Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field. 8 years of experience in IT applications, emphasizing Salesforce.com configuration, customization, and support. 5 years of experience developing Salesforce Apex classes, controllers, triggers, Visualforce, web services, and queueable jobs. Over 2 years of experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura. Experience in Salesforce platform customizations using standard configurations, data models, security, and automations, including validation rules, workflows, and process flows. Familiarity with Salesforce Developer Console, Workbench, API tooling (preferably REST), Visual Workflow, and other development tools. Experience integrating third-party APIs with the Salesforce platform, including connected apps and OAuth integrations. Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and popular web UI frameworks within Visualforce pages or Lightning components. Thorough understanding of Salesforce platform constraints, particularly regarding governor limits and best practices for delivering business requirements within those constraints. Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub, Jenkins, Salesforce CLI, etc.) for Salesforce. Knowledge of the Salesforce security model. Familiarity with key areas of enterprise architecture, including integration technologies and single sign-on (SSO). Well-versed in agile methodologies and sprint ceremonies. Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (PD1). Salesforce Platform Developer II certification (PD2). Preferred Qualifications 3 or more years of experience with Conga CPQ (managed package in Salesforce). Active Conga Admin certification. Experience in the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) space. Familiarity with DocuSign APIs and integrations. Demonstrated understanding of requirements gathering and creating/deploying solutions for end users. Experience supporting Salesforce instances with over 5,000 users. Superior communication and interpersonal skills. Extensive expertise in understanding and designing solutions using Einstein Analytics. Ability to install AppExchange apps and coordinate with vendors for troubleshooting.
