Job Title: Project Engineers Location: Malvern, Pennsylvania - Remote 3 plus years of manufacturing experience, SAP, ERP, change management, PLCS, AND SCADA Systems. Prior experience with 4.0 technologies. Looking for someone who also has done PM and agile experience. Looking to fill these positions asap. There will be a lot of travel at the beginning to factories to help with training. Interview process: 30-minute Teams interview with the hiring manager 2nd and final interview will be with panel. Time frame: Would like to hire both positions ASAP. Description: Team size: five on the team and Adam will be hiring five direct hires this year. With the two consultants teams size will grow to 12. Qualifications: Education: o bachelors degree in engineering / science or equivalent experience (Industrial, Electrical, or similar, Computer Science, or related field.) Experience: o 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing environments, with exposure to Industry 4.0 technologies and practices. o Experience with Total Performance Management (TPM) methodologies and practices o Experience with automation, IoT, data analytics, and process optimization in a production setting. Technical Skills: o Knowledge of smart manufacturing technologies such as IoT devices, PLCs, SCADA systems, AI, machine learning, and robotics. Ignition/Sepa Soft is a plus. o Understanding of data analysis tools and programming languages (Python, R, SQL). o Understanding of industrial networks (Ethernet/IP, OPC-UA, etc.). o Experience with Ignition/Sepasoft MES, SAP-ERP, and CMMS systems.
