Familiarity with .Net and Azure Integration technologies. Experience working in an Agile development environment. Background: Join our internal IT team as a Senior ERP Developer, where your expertise in architecting, researching, designing, and developing complex Workday solutions will be crucial. As part of the ERP & General Government Solutions team, you'll collaborate with various stakeholders to manage and support multiple Workday integrations. We seek self-starters who excel both independently and as team players. Your role involves coordinating with business teams, BSAs, and vendors to create detailed specifications and develop application and integration code for moving data within Workday and other ERP systems. Our core ERP applications include Workday, TRIRIGA, Questica, and Jaggaer, integrating with various applications across the County to leverage your diverse skills in data sharing across multiple business lines. Scope of Work: Design, develop, and maintain interfaces along with conducting unit and integration tests. Troubleshoot and support Workday inbound and outbound integration issues, modify existing integrations, and develop new ones as needed. Manage incidents and perform daily monitoring of integrations. Provide break/fix support, regression testing, and maintain the inbound/outbound interfaces to Workday and vendor systems. Ensure data and application accuracy and integrity through thorough analysis, coding, clear documentation, and problem-solving. Analyze business requirements to translate them into functional and technical specifications. Consult with business and technical teams on interface design and maintenance; make collaborative design decisions. Adhere to data governance standards and ensure high data quality. Follow integration/development best practices and ensure compliance with security and data privacy standards. Serve as a technical expert on ERP software, offering guidance and solutions to business partner needs in alignment with the County's strategic objectives. Required Skills and Abilities: Bachelors degree (BA/BS) in a relevant field or equivalent experience, with at least 5 years of related work experience. Proficiency in major ERP Applications (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and their development and integration tools across various functional areas like Finance, HR, Procurement, and Budgeting. Experienced with integration architecture, relational database technologies, and design tools. Skilled in Web Services and APIs (WSDL, SOAP, REST, WS standards), and familiar with JSON, XML, XSLT. Understanding of database architecture and its impact on downstream systems. Knowledgeable in ERP core business processes and project management, including requirement gathering, UAT, and production deployment. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, problem-solving, and analytical capabilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, work independently, and collaborate effectively in a team.
