Title: ServiceNow Specialist Order Management for Telecommunications
Location: Denver, CO Day 1 Onsite, 5 Days Work from Office.
Duration: Long Term Contract
Must Have:
2+ Years of experience in Order Management for Telecommunications
5+ Years of experience in Service Now
Previous Telecom client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. ServiceNow Configuration and Development:
o Customize and configure the OMT module to meet telecommunications business requirements.
o Develop workflows, data models, and order management integrations.
o Build telecom-specific catalog items and service offerings.
2. Telecommunications Order Management:
o Enable seamless order capture, validation, and fulfillment processes.
o Design and implement solutions for order orchestration and lifecycle management.
o Ensure accurate data synchronization with upstream and downstream systems.
3. Integration and System Management:
o Integrate ServiceNow with telecom-specific systems such as OSS/BSS platforms.
o Manage APIs, web services, and other data exchange protocols.
4. Performance and Troubleshooting:
o Monitor order management workflows to ensure optimal performance.
o Identify and resolve bottlenecks in order processing and fulfillment.
5. Process Optimization:
o Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements.
o Implement best practices in order management and service delivery.
6. Compliance and Reporting:
o Ensure adherence to telecommunications regulatory standards.
o Generate detailed reports on order status, SLAs, and operational metrics.

Qualifications:
1. Technical Expertise:
o In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow s Order Management for Telecommunications module.
o Experience with telecom systems such as CRM, OSS, and BSS platforms.
o Strong skills in JavaScript, ServiceNow APIs, and data integration frameworks.
2. Industry Knowledge:
o Understanding of telecommunications order-to-cash and service delivery processes.
o Familiarity with TM Forum standards (e.g., SID, eTOM).
3. Soft Skills:
o Strong communication skills to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
o Analytical mindset to solve complex telecom-specific challenges.
4. Certifications (Preferred):
o ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Telecommunications.
o ITIL v4 Foundation Certification.
