Experience providing support and training in industrial controls and automation an assembly plant. | Competencies:EIS : PLC Program Development on GE-Fanuc platform, EIS : Network Engineer, EIS : Plant Design Engineering - Electrical | Experience (Years):10 & Above | Essential Skills: Controls engineer with 10+ years of experience in automotive manufacturing plants specializing in industrial machine vision. SME in industrial controls and automation SME in the areas of PLC programming, machine vision, Robotics, human machine interface, industrial sensors, and error checking | Desirable Skills: Experience with plant networking devices like routers and switches. Knowledge of TCP/IP networking and other data communication protocols. Experience with setting up and connecting IOT devices on the plant floor Experience with working on Linux systems and servers and troubleshooting issues. Experience with using vision systems - Matrox/ Cognex/ Keyence software. Experience with automotive plant production support and maintenance to new assembly line launches. Proficient in Allen-Bradley PLC-5, Allen-Bradley ControlLogix, Allen-Bradley Panelview, ABB S4c, DVT machine vision programming. Experience with FANUC and ABB robots.
