Location: MI (need Local candidates only) Hiring a technical BA to lead and document requirements for multiple applications across the Ford/Lincoln ecosystem. Individual must be a self-starter that can transpose business requirements into technical requirements to be handed off to the developers. The Business Analyst would be responsible for gathering requirements for new functionality within the Ford ecosystem. The position would be responsible for ensuring that all business requirements and metrics deliverables would be created and delivered to the appropriate dev teams, while adhering to SLAs. This position would also aid in the testing for releases and special projects. Associates or BA/BS degree, 5+ years of work experience 4-5 years BA experience, minimum Automotive or OEM experience is preferred eCommerce experience a plus AEM experience a plus Metrics tagging experience a plus Elicits and clearly defines and documents FordDirects needs and associated requirements (Use Cases, Functional, Non-Functional, Configuration, and Alert Requirements) Create, maintain, and enforce standards/procedures for documenting requirements and use cases. Analyzes a variety of work processes and the associated document and information flow Creates minor design changes in the form of comps/mock-ups, sequence diagrams, or dataflows for review by business client Clearly articulates and documents business requirements Facilitate meetings including design, requirements gathering, resourcing, etc. Assesses the risks of various solutions and prioritizes competing business demands Works closely with development team to transform design elements into technical requirements Works with agency to elicit high-level requirements and capture technical requirements related to metrics tagging Evaluates, analyzes, articulates and documents metrics requirements Coordinates project delivery by participating in requirement reviews Engages with development team to incorporate usability and authoring interface needs when designing components Reviews ticket queues to ensure appropriate triage of tickets Manages status and reporting to Metrics initiatives within releases and projects Represents Metrics in the planning, development and organization of development releases and projects Partner with other stakeholder teams across business units to develop necessary analysis and documentation collaboratively while communicating with production, managerial, and executive teams Manages ongoing relationship with business partner to drive satisfaction Coordinates project delivery by participating in design reviews to communicate systems designs and validate proposed solutions Obtains key inputs from enterprise architecture teams and identifies solution interdependencies Engages with knowledge workers to incorporate usability and user interface needs when designing systems Can perform quality assurance for troubleshooting activities, as needed Creates the appropriate tickets and monitors tickets throughout the whole of the metrics release Leads troubleshooting discussions, as appropriate, with development teams and project teams Advises project teams on metrics processes and procedures Contributes to project discoveries and kickoffs.
