Experience in managing general network technology projects. Understands best practices in service management including contract and vendor management in an outsourcing or shared service. - Responsible for responding to and resolving agency and customer escalations Recommended Knowledge/Experiences: Experience in State/Agency is a plus. ITIL Foundations certification desirable Experience deploying and managing multiple location network solutions.
