SAP Project/Program Manager Hybrid at CA Only USC GC Lead and manage end-to-end SAP implementation projects. *** Aerospace & Defense industry experience HIGHLY preferred. JOB DESCRIPTION: Proven S enior Project Manager / program manager . Must be on the W est C oast + willing to be in Carlsbad Tues Thurs (all day ). That might not be every week. Able to do the work, not just tell someone what to do Preferred ** T echno- F unctional who can talk to the BASIS team about what needs to happen in a landscape and also understands a business area. Preferred ** S/4 HANA 2021 or higher preferred MUST BE ** self-starter who doesnt wait for direction, someone who will make decisions. Must work well with other consultants. We dont want a pure PM. It has to be a pure PM plus techno-functional lots of seasoning Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage end-to-end SAP implementation projects. *** Aerospace & Defense industry experience HIGHLY preferred. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, technical leads, and end-users. Ensure project milestones are met within agreed upon timelines and budget. Develop comprehensive project plans, and monitor progress continuously. Address potential risks and issues, offering effective resolutions. Serve as the primary contact for client stakeholders, ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure deliverables are aligned with business requirements and company standards. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelors degree in business, IT, or a related field. Min . 10 years experience in SAP project management, At least 2 full-cycle SAP implementations. SAP certification is a plus. Strong knowledge of SAP methodologies and best practices. Exceptional leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
