Develop digital strategies that amplify Client's strategic initiatives, including App and new brand acquisitions. Manage Enterprise digital marketing budgets across Client's consumer brands, the Client's parent brand and franchise development. Develop franchise owner best practices and guidelines for success across digital marketing functions. Guide and support development of a holistic, integrated digital strategy, while ensuring seamless implementation, optimization, and measurement across consumer touch points. Manage digital agency vendors, negotiate contracts and recommend new thought leader partnerships to continually grow Clients digital campaign efficiency and category market share. Manage Client social media platforms and explore new community platforms. Lead digital content strategy to ensure high quality, relevant content across digital channels. Serve as the thought leader for digital within FDM.Lead the digital marketing programs for Franchise Development Marketing, including paid lead gen,SEO, content strategy and campaign tracking, optimization and analysis. Develop leadscoring andnurturing strategies toincreasequalifiedleads.Manage externaldigitalagenciesfor paid media and SEO. Develop budgets and traffic/lead forecasts for key enterprise digital KPIs on a quarterly and annual basis. Analyze fluctuations and communicate results to stakeholders. Partner with IT, CRM and other cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, integrity and integration with core systems across the enterprise. Explore emerging digital marketing technologies and digital trends to drive customer acquisition, retention and engagement. Partner with key stakeholders and develop test, target and optimization cycles of campaign development. Stay current on digital tools, trends and industry changes; educate the broader organization, and key internal stakeholders on industry changes and new opportunities. Manage the portfolio of local digital marketing agencies and vendors. Advise PTN on the selection of additional local marketing agencies. Communicate regularly with local digital vendors to review campaign results, performance, and industry changes. Manage digital marketing team members and budgets for brands with owner-funded programs (MOJ; MDG local SEO; advisory role for PDS, SHG). Develop a playbook for the local media vendors by brand, including campaign execution (defined Google Ad and FB lead gen campaigns, Google Analytics tracking, call tracking, reporting KPIs). Ensure best practices and wins are shared across brands. Define the roles of Enterprise/Client MAP-funded digital initiatives and locally-driven initiatives to drive cost and lead efficiency while reducing overlap of national and local efforts (role of Enterprise v. FO/local vendors for PPC programs; Local Listings Enterprise v. FO responsibilities for Google Business Profiles; social media Enterprise v. local posting cadence). Provide digital expertise for the Local Brand teams. Assist with providing digital leadership for FO questions and escalation points, including FO concerns and questions for organic enterprise/local site traffic, local media, local listings and social media. Develop recommended MAP brand digital budgets for funding local digital programs. This may include: supplementing FO Google Business Profiles and local SEO; testing third-party paid/organic lead programs that drive leads directly to FO POS. Provide FOs industry thought leadership and policy/platform changes via Communications team, FAC quarterly meetings, Reunion, etc. Manage the Local Listings budget and platform, including managing the Client relationship for Yext, Web Punch and local SEO vendors participating in GBP. Ensure clarity, by brand, for the Local Listings plan, reporting and future strategies/optimizations. For new website launches (OPUS, new brands), be the SME for business requirements, implementation and testing for local owner page experience, local media, local SEO and Local Listings. Serve as the SME for Product and IT, serving as the voice for enterprise and local digital marketing integration with new website and App launches. The candidate will lead multiple team members in developing the overall paid media strategy for Search, Display, Social Media, Video and other Lead Generation platforms, and will direct vendors in the execution and optimization of campaigns. The candidate will keep abreast of digital industry trends, analyze data, validate strategies, make recommendations, and continually optimize performance. In addition, the candidate will lead the creation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for each brand and Client's Corporate. Primary Responsibilities: Directs and defines national and local paid media strategies in accordance with brand goals and overall company business objectives. Leads external vendors/agencies based on defined strategies; Manages performance of national agency services, including PPC, Display, Retargeting, YouTube, Facebook and other tactics. Owns and negotiates paid and social media contracts and renewals Introduces and tests new national paid media strategies encompassing tactics and targeting; leverages successes and learnings from one brand across entire Client's brand portfolio, where applicable Researches and vets new national media partners for high-value digital opportunities to add to the marketing mix, in order to drive brand awareness, leads and other KPIs.
