Key responsibilities: Technical Leadership: Lead technical aspects of Workday implementations, including designing integrations, data mapping, custom development, and system configuration to meet client requirements. Integration Expertise: Manage the integration of Workday with other enterprise systems, including data flow, API development, and third-party vendor integrations. Solution Architecture: Create detailed technical specifications, design solutions, and ensure alignment with overall project architecture. Project Management: Oversee technical project deliverables, manage timelines, and ensure quality standards are met throughout the implementation cycle. Team Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior technical consultants, providing expertise and knowledge transfer.
