If they have experience there, it's fine, but we're aiming for someone with strong UX skills and an eye for pixel-perfect visuals. 2025 projects-- public website (updating) ,member portal. Team of 26 people squad of 8 Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, to define product requirements and create user-centered design solutions. Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and user flows. Participate in and facilitate user research initiatives and usability testing, working closely with our UX Researchers to ensure user needs and pain points are identified, documented, and translated into design solutions. Create visually compelling and intuitive user interfaces that align with our brand and accessibility guidelines, leveraging your understanding of human psychology and design principles. Maintain design consistency and ensure seamless interaction between all touchpoints within the customer journey. Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and techniques, and incorporate best practices into the design process. Share best practices and foster a culture of design excellence through participation in design critique, pair design and mentorship. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in UX design, with a focus on digital products. Proficiency in visual design and the ability to create aesthetically pleasing interfaces. Experience participating in and facilitating user research initiatives using Userzoom or similar tools. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to translate complex user needs into intuitive design solutions. Familiarity with design best practices, including accessibility standards and responsive design principles. Ability to self-direct in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects concurrently. Proficiency with Figma including auto layout.
