Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the financial services or asset management industry. Experience working with marketing and distribution teams is highly desirable. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau). Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, JIRA). Familiarity with Data Warehousing and Master Data Management. Familiarity with CRM, marketing, and distribution tools (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot, Seismic, Cvent, On24, Google Analytics) Understanding of technology solutions and their application in marketing and distribution. Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills. Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
