As a Business Systems Analyst in Integrated Informatics, you will work closely with our IT team and our business partners in the area of Commercial, Medical, and Government affairs. These organizations partner across the U.S.s healthcare systems to deliver ever-better health outcomes for patients while lowering overall healthcare costs. We expect the Business System Analyst to be a trusted partner to our business team with a passion for technology and with proven Business Analyst capabilities. The Business System Analyst must be an effective negotiator, leader, and communicator in working with Roche/Genentechs multiple business units as well as with internal IT cross-functional teams. The candidate selected for the position will be part of the Commercial, Data & Insights Product Line under the US Market Domain supporting the following business areas: Data Science & Machine Learning Product: This product "Data Science & Machine Learning" builds and executes on the strategy for Data Science and Machine Learning to further advance our products for patients. This also covers responsibility for platforms such as recommendation engines and the delivery of relevant, timely, and action-oriented insights to field personnel and other channels. Below are some key initiatives under this product: 1- Data Science Workbench for Genentech : Implementation of Advanced Analytical insights and services platform for everyday Commercial AI, systemizing the use of data for exceptional business results and a central solution for the design, deployment, and management of AI applications 2 - Natural Language Processing (NLP) Platform: Partnering with external vendor to pilot and deploy in-house built unified NLP platform for training, running, and managing ML models and deploy recommendation applications for field sales force 3- Commercial Data Science (CDS) Sandbox: Pilot and launch web-based, integrated development environment (IDE) that lets you prepare data, build, train, deploy, and monitor your machine in AWS. As a Sr Business Systems Analyst on the product team, you will: 10+ years of BSA experience analyzing and documenting business requirements Be a go getter who can wear multiple hats to drive implementation of key data science and ML products initiatives . Have a broad knowledge and leverage the technical capabilities of the internal teams and external technology providers and vendors Collaborate with Product Line Leads, Product Managers, Project Managers/Scrum Masters, Architects, Engineers, Developers, Quality Assurance, and User Experience Designers on scope, solutions, constraints, and risks Analyze/document current and future business and data needs and help translate to the technical teams. Guide and support other Business System Analyst as they develop the detailed requirements (stories) Perform knowledge transfer to training and communication teams and support user deployment activities as needed Produce detailed wireframes and mockups using visualization tools for prototyping Requirements Bachelors degree in Business, Information Systems or related field; Master's degree in Business or Science is preferred Overall 7+ years of experience as Business Systems Analyst Strong hands-on and leadership experience in deploying a board set of AI/ML technologies Experience and understanding of application development methodology - including Agile and Waterfall approaches, functional requirements, process modeling/re-engineering, use case development, user acceptance testing, organizational change management, and large-scale system implementations Understanding and experience in ML and data science concepts Demonstrated success in handling initiatives of high complexity, high profile, and large-scale programs Demonstrated ability to quickly learn the business in unfamiliar areas Ability to work in an environment of competing and alternating priorities with a constant focus on delivery Excellent communication (written and oral) and presentation skills; solid business acumen; well-honed influencing skills are essential Self-motivated and team-oriented; able to work both autonomously and effectively as part of a geographically dispersed team Experience with Jira, Confluence, and other Agile tools preferred Proven leadership abilities and emotional intelligence Keywords: artificial intelligence machine learning information technology golang http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=210767&uid= |
