Position: Sr. Data Developer/Business Analyst Visa- Only USC/GC or H4-EAD Location: Quincy, MA (Hybrid) Local only Duration: Multi-Year Renewable Contract Hours: 37.5 Hours/Week Looking for a skilled Sr. Data Developer/Business Analyst to join our Data Modernization Initiative (DMI) team! What You ll Do: Collaborate with stakeholders to modernize public health data systems. Define and document business and technical requirements. Work with AWS and Snowflake to build a cutting-edge cloud data platform. Perform data analysis and create visualizations using SQL and tools like Tableau. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (HIPAA). Help train and support end-users to get the most out of new data systems. What We re Looking For: Strong experience in SQL, data analytics, and data warehouses. Hands-on expertise with Snowflake and familiarity with AWS cloud services. Knowledge of business intelligence tools like Tableau. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Experience working with sensitive data and HIPAA compliance.
