Role : Office 365 Engineer Global Operations & Support Location- Plano, TX (Onsite) Type : Contract Description: Engineer Design documents and implementation plans for changes to the global Office 0365 Project plans, project status reports, project and operational dashboards, documented risk and issue assessments Change requests, operational change assessments, major incident reports, problem root cause analysis reports Service operations within the operational KPIs of the end user SLA 5. Third level support for 0365 Working instructions and training material for customer service desk, first and second level support teams Operational requirements for 0365 Works with and on behalf of solution owners and service owners of the 0365 Works closely with second level support teams for the global 0365 and with support teams in local markets and in other Group Technology departments (DC, Networks) Works closely with project teams delivering changes to global 0365 and / or rolling out 0365 to new local markets, acquisitions and performs quality assurance for project deliverables against operational requirements Works closely with external suppliers and builds a strong relationship with them KPIs: End-to-end service availability and performance according to SLA Number of incidents reported by customers Office 365 Administration 8-10 Antivirus software and management, Ticketing tool ITIL Certification Email Collaboration/Messaging/0365 Thanks, Divya Sai Chandu 802-851-0921 Ext:308 iTech US, Inc.
