Job Title : Facets Developer Location : Remote Duration : Long Term Contract Job Description : We are seeking a highly skilled Facets Developer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in the Facets application and experience in supporting, developing, and enhancing healthcare systems and applications. The Facets Developer will be responsible for writing, testing, and maintaining custom applications within the Facets platform, as well as working closely with stakeholders to meet business requirements and ensure system functionality. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement custom solutions on the Facets platform. Collaborate with business analysts, system analysts, and other stakeholders to gather and understand requirements. Write, test, and maintain stored procedures, SQL queries, and integration processes. Develop and maintain Facets-specific reports, interfaces, and screens. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner to ensure system performance. Ensure data integrity and quality within the Facets system. Assist with the migration of data between different systems and environments. Perform regular updates and patches to the Facets application. Create and maintain technical documentation related to Facets configuration and development work. Participate in code reviews, and provide guidance to junior developers. Support and optimize business processes and workflows using Facets tools. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Facets Developer or in a similar role within the healthcare industry. Proficient in SQL, PL/SQL, and other relevant programming languages. Familiarity with Facets modules, including membership, claims, billing, and provider management. Experience in troubleshooting and optimizing performance in a Facets environment. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of healthcare industry standards, regulations, and terminology is a plus. Preferred Skills: Experience with Facets development tools such as Facets Workbench, Facets Design Studio, and Facets Reporting. Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and DevOps practices. Experience with other healthcare management systems (e.g., claims processing, billing systems, etc.).
