The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Microstrategy development, analytics data migration, and performance tuning, combined with strong collaboration and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities: Development and Administration: Design, develop, refactor, repoint, and administer Microstrategy solutions to support the analytics platform migration. Data Migration: Lead analytics data migration from existing platforms to the new analytics platform, ensuring data integrity and performance optimization. Performance Tuning: Optimize Microstrategy reports and dashboards to improve performance and scalability. Testing and Validation: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate data migration and ensure report and dashboard accuracy. Collaboration: Partner with data architects, database administrators, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and successful project execution. Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation for Microstrategy configurations, migration strategies, and performance optimization activities. Technical Skills: Proven experience with Microstrategy development and administration. Expertise in designing and implementing analytics solutions using Microstrategy. Strong background in data migration and transformation projects. Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and database performance tuning.
