The UX Designer should have empathy for our users, be a creative problem solver, and be able to articulate the reasons behind a design. The ideal candidate has experience across many design disciplines and is highly knowledgeable about the latest interaction and design standards. Qualifications 5 plus years of UX/UI design experience, preferably in B2C space Bachelors degree, or equivalent work experience Online portfolio demonstrating your recent work experience with case studies illustrating the entire user centered design process Mastery of design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Abstract, and InVision.
