The successful candidate will drive the shift from extensive campaign operations to highly automated, journey-based omni-channel decision-making systems. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of technology and marketing, leveraging Adobe Campaign Classic v7/v8 to create scalable, personalized solutions that align with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Solution Architecture & Design: Architect and oversee the end-to-end design of Adobe Campaign Classic solutions, ensuring they meet business and marketing objectives. Collaboration & Requirements Gathering: Partner with marketing, IT, and business teams to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions. Data Management & Optimization: Manage and optimize the data model within Adobe Campaign, including schema development and integration with external data sources. Multi-Channel Strategy: Develop workflows, targeting logic, and personalized strategies across email, SMS, push notifications, and other channels to deliver an omnichannel experience. System Integration: Lead the integration of Adobe Campaign with external platforms such as CRMs, analytics tools, and data warehouses to enhance functionality. Scalability & Performance: Ensure the scalability, performance, and reliability of Adobe Campaign Classic systems and troubleshoot issues related to campaign execution, data integration, and system performance. Mentorship & Guidance: Provide guidance and mentorship to technical teams and junior architects, fostering continuous learning and development. Stay Current: Keep abreast of Adobe Campaign Classic updates, new features, and best practices to ensure the platform remains cutting-edge. Documentation & Best Practices: Document technical designs, workflows, and best practices for knowledge sharing and team alignment. Stakeholder Communication: Act as a technology liaison, presenting solutions to non-technical stakeholders while ensuring compliance with organizational goals, rules, and agreements. Skills and Experience: Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: 7+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Campaign Classic, including 3+ years in an architect or senior technical capacity. Technical Skills: Expertise in data modeling, SQL, and database optimization. Proficiency in JavaScript, XML, and other relevant technologies used in Adobe Campaign development. Strong experience in integrating Adobe Campaign with platforms like Salesforce, analytics tools, and Customer Data Platforms (CDPs). Knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP, and related integration protocols. Problem-Solving: Proven ability to manage and resolve technical challenges while juggling multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Communication: Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Certifications: Adobe Campaign certification is highly desirable.
