SAP Migration Subject Matter Expert Location: US Remote Job description: Job Title: SAP Migration Subject Matter Expert Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Migration Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP migration projects, including planning, execution, and post-migration support. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP systems, data migration strategies, and best practices to ensure a seamless transition. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage SAP migration projects from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA or other SAP environments. Develop and implement migration strategies, plans, and timelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives. Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes. Conduct system and data validation to ensure accuracy and completeness of migrated data. Provide technical expertise and guidance on SAP migration tools and methodologies. Troubleshoot and resolve migration-related issues and challenges. Document migration processes, procedures, and best practices. Train and mentor team members on SAP migration techniques and tools. Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies, trends, and best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
