Good to have experience in Automotive and manufacturing industry Project Role: Scrum Master Overall IT industry Experience: 10 + years with good experience in software development projects using Java, J2EE, .NET, web portals, cloud platforms like AWS or Azure. Should have strong hands-on experience driving technology teams as part of the Agile scrum using SAFe Project Role Description: Acts as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies. Coaches and mentors, the Scrum Team(s), removing barriers to successful implementation and enabling a continued focus on the task at hand. Facilitates scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Identifies and reports progress via appropriate metrics. Key Responsibilities: Facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes within the team. Guide and coach the team on Agile Scrum principles and practices. Ensure the team collaborates efficiently to deliver high-quality products. Work with the Product Developer to prioritize the product backlog. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. identify and resolve obstacles hindering the team's progress. Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders. Track KPIs to help teams deliver high-quality products/solutions on time. Ensure adherence to the Scrum framework and Agile principles. Technical Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master. Strong knowledge and experience of Agile Scrum principles and practices. Prior experience with Agile project management tools, such as Jira and Confluence. Ability to create dashboards on Jira and share timely reports with stakeholders more than 10 years of experience in IT industry using the technology skills like Java, J2EE, web development projects, cloud platforms Needed Professional Attributes: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Proven ability to lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Ability to coordinate and handle PI planning activities with the scrum teams as part of SAFe Agile method Certification in Agile methodologies, such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM). SAFe certification and Kanban certification.
