The role focuses on quickly delivering workflows, tools, and templates that enhance team collaboration, improve efficiency, and elevate the COE's offerings. Key Responsibilities: Rapid Workflow and Tool Delivery: Develop and deliver workflows, templates, and tools to meet team and COE needs under tight deadlines. User-Centered Design: Apply user-focused design principles to create scalable, intuitive solutions for team operations and COE offerings. Enhancing COE Assets: Design and maintain playbooks, templates, and guides aligned with organizational goals. Project Tracking: Track priorities, deliverables, and projects, ensuring alignment and transparency through dashboards, reports, and templates. Collaboration Tool Management: Design and maintain SharePoint sites, Miro boards, and other tools, supporting brainstorming and planning initiatives. Insights and Reporting: Gather feedback to identify improvement areas and analyze trends to refine workflows and tools. Team Communication and Enablement: Act as a central point for operational updates, document best practices, and share workflows and tools with the team. Essential Skills: 3 5 years of experience in operational design, team enablement, or user-centered workflows. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles. Proficiency with SharePoint, Miro, Microsoft Office Suite, and tools for collaboration. Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) for coordinating with stakeholders. Experience in creating templates, guides, dashboards, and operational assets.
