In this role, you will be responsible for setting up work breakdown structures in the Master Data Online (MDO) system. This involves: Receiving project information from the Projects group Reviewing the information to ensure it meets internal accounting requirements Inputting the data into MDO to create the necessary cost structures Sending the completed structures back to the business unit The ideal candidate will have: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business, or equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel Experience with SAP and Master Data Online (MDO) a plus Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills Good communication and customer service skills This is an individual contributor role supporting approximately 50 key stakeholders across the Distribution Business Unit, with potential to interface with external contractors in the future. Must Have Skills: 5+ year of experience in Finance & Accounting - Understanding of financial processes and requirements MS Office- especially Excel Written & Verbal Communication & Organization skills Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business, or equivalent combination of education and experience Preferred/ Nice to Have: SAP Master Data Online experience Experience in utility accounting Key Responsibilities & Actions: In simple terms, the Project Management Analyst will be responsible for: Receiving project information from the Projects group at the client. Reviewing that information to ensure it meets Client's internal accounting requirements. Inputting the project data into a software system called Master Data Online (MDO) to set up the necessary cost structures and work breakdown for the project. Sending the completed project structures back to the business unit. The main tasks involve data review, data entry, and coordination between the Projects group and the business unit to properly set up the financial and accounting structures for Client's projects. It's a detail-oriented role focused on ensuring projects are set up correctly in the company's systems.
