Job Title: Senior ODM Developer
Location: Parsippany, NJ, ( Hybrid)

Senior ODM Developer performs application development and unit testing activities within an Agile/scrum team. He/She participates in component and data architecture design, technology planning, and testing for Applications Development (AD) initiatives to meet business requirements. He/She collaborates with teams and supports emerging technologies to ensure effective communication and achievement of objectives. This position provides knowledge and support for applications development, integration, and maintenance. He/She provides input to department and project teams on decisions supporting projects.
    Extensive experience with IBM Operational Decision Manager
    Proficient in Java Development and Requirements Analysis
    Experience in designing and/or developing solutions for a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)
    Good hands-on knowledge of OOPS (Object Oriented Programming Structure)
    Proficient in using JSON
    Proficient in application security
    Knowledge of CI/CD and cloud-based deployments preferred
    Perform code reviews, developing and adhering to coding standard
    Familiarity with Technical Analysis, Leadership skills and Troubleshooting skills
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    Excellent analytical skills and technical skills
    Bachelor\\'s degree in Computer Science or equivalent in education and work experience
