Develop and implement team goals, performance metrics, and professional development plans. Manage vendor relationships, service contracts, and third-party support resources. Define and execute the end-user computing strategy, aligning with the company's overall IT strategy and business objectives. Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and continuous improvement in end-user computing. Oversee the deployment and configuration of end-user devices, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals. Ensure that all end-user computing solutions are secure, reliable, and meet organizational standards. Manage the lifecycle of end-user devices, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and decommissioning. Develop and maintain comprehensive support processes to ensure high-quality service delivery and quick resolution of end-user issues. Monitor and analyze end-user computing performance and satisfaction, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions. Collaborate with IT support teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Ensure end-user computing solutions adhere to security policies, standards, and compliance requirements. Implement and manage security measures, including endpoint protection, data encryption, and access controls. Oversee the deployment and configuration of desktop security solutions, including antivirus software, firewalls, and encryption tools. Monitor and manage desktop systems for vulnerabilities, security breaches, and compliance with security policies. Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments. Serve as a key point of contact for end-user computing-related matters, effectively communicating with stakeholders at all levels. Collaborate with other IT teams and business units to ensure seamless integration of end-user computing solutions with other IT systems and services. Must have worked extensively as EUC manager in IT industry And Must have handled large team with technologies including SCCM, NECM, AD, Technologies: Windows Server/Endpoints, VMware, Monitoring, Citrix, Network. Service Now, App Manager, SolarWinds, Cisco UCS, Vinci, InterSight, SCCM/MECM, User State Migration Tool (USMT) etc. Understand software development cycle / framework like agile, waterfall etc. Demonstrated successful management of senior technical professionals with emphasis in the career development of technical and professional employees. Experience partnering with Business Units partners in implementing cloud-native applications and delivery pipelines Understanding of IT service management (ITSM) techniques, policies, along with establishing SLA's, KPIs and other key operational metrics.
