They will get excited if they see ECL experience. - Good technical competency is needed. - Team Fit: -They are looking for someone that can take a project, do analysis, and research and determine what needs to be done. -Maybe some small project leadership. Prior Consultant Day to Day Duties: Modify COBOL program based new requirements. Modifying ECL per new changes. Obsolete COBOL program and ECL Creating unit test documents. Migrating changes using MAPPER commands. Participating in daily standup call, sprint review and retrospect meetings.
