Role: CDP Sr. Developer / Architect Location: Remote Duration: 6 - 12 Months Experience Required: 10+ years Position 1: Job Description: Skillset Required: Microsoft Dynamics and Customer Insights with CDP Flavor Roles and Responsibilities: Work with CLIENT's Architect on defining architecture & executing a comprehensive data strategy aligned with business goals. Collaborate with CLIENT s architect & various stakeholders to understand requirements and tailor CDP solutions. Coordinate with CLIENT s architect and configure data ingestion as per the integration strategy defined for onboarding source systems.. Work with CLIENT Architect to gather requirements & translate business requirements into technical specs. Coordinate with CLIENT s architect to formulate Data Unification and Reconciliation Strategy and document it in the technical design. Closely work with CLIENT s architect on the design strategies and ensure data practices comply with data privacy laws and industry standards. Understand CLIENT data sets, review use cases with CLIENT s architect and define segments to be activated through channels. Work with CLIENT s architect to define customer journey map Work with CLIENT s architect to define deployment plan Work with CLIENT s architect to define initial data load, unification and reconciliation strategy Position 2: Job Description: Basic Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, ideally with a focus on customer data platforms Experience working with CDPs and reverse ETL tool HighTouch. Understanding of API integrations Knowledge of writing SQL s and exposure to datawarehouse like Snowflake is preferred Strong understanding of data management principles, including data segmentation, identity resolution, and customer journey orchestration Strong communication and collaboration skills Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach Understanding of consumer-facing businesses and data fluency to drive customer relevance PLATFORM DEVELOPMENT & MAINTENANCE Support the customization, development, and management of the CDP to facilitate seamless data collection, integration, deduping, and segmentation across multiple channels Maintain platform pipeline of real-time data activation to enhance customer engagement and personalization strategies. Will be working on HighTouch product. Ensure data quality by implementing validation and data cleaning procedures Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation related to CDP data pipelines Integrate internal and third-party data sources, ensuring accurate, scalable data flows Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues, minimizing disruption TECHNICAL LEADERSHIP & COLLABORATION Provide regular project status updates your business partners.
