Job Description: Must have 4. Role Purpose: Develop reports for Medicaid HEDIS operations in support of P4P incentives. 5. Team Composition: Team of 3-4, mix of technical developers and business analysts. 6. Responsibilities: Work with business analysts on requirements. Develop dashboards. Optimize queries for reporting. Potential light ETL (Extraction, Transformation, and Load). Ability to work independently and problem solve. 7. Ideal Candidate Background: 3-5 years of data analysis and development experience, preferably in HEDIS, provider data, claims data, or Medicare/Medicaid. 8. Required Skills: 3-5 years of SQL experience. 3-5 years working with data visualization tools (such as Tableau). 1-2 years' experience with PowerBI. Ability to manage multiple priorities. 9. Preferred Skills: Experience with Medicaid quality. Experience with Medicare STARs. Experience working with Snowflake or other cloud databases. 10. Professional License/Certification: Not required. 11. Dress Code: Remote job. 12.
