Role: Application Support Analyst Location: Nashville, TN ( Onsite) Type: Contract Skills Must Have: 23 years of hands-on experience with UNIX, SQL, and MS Office products Experience with monitoring solutions, preferably Big Panda, AppDynamics, and/or Splunk Experience with cloud solutions; Azure Cloud knowledge is highly desirable Proficiency with tools such as ServiceNow, Confluence, JIRA, and batch scheduling tools like Autosys Ability to solve complex issues with strong problem analysis and solution design thinking Proven track record of building strong relationships with IT stakeholders and business partners Solid working knowledge of ITIL Excellent communication skills, with command of both written and spoken English Nice to Have: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field Experience with Business Intelligence software (e.g., MicroStrategy, Power BI) Familiarity with automation tools like Automation Anywhere or IPcenter Note: Full-time office work, no hybrid possibility On-call work based on rotation, compensated via time off, rare OT compensated via time-off Global team 40 people around USA, APAC, UK, 6 people in Nashville Shift work: 8am-4pm, 10am-6pm, 12pm-8pm based on rotation Regards, Shashank Kumar ----------------------------------------------- Next Level Business Services, Inc.
