Responsibilities:

Manage production support services and scheduling of non-critical tickets.
React promptly to critical production issues (outside business hours/on-call rotation).
Lead and oversee the support process as a service manager.
Understand the product (Openlink Endur) and manage the program effectively.
Collaborate on program delivery and ongoing production support initiatives.
Top Skills Required:

Technical Expertise: Strong experience with Openlink Endur.
Program Leadership: Proven ability to run support processes and manage production support teams.
Availability: Willingness to work during critical priority issues (outside hours, holiday coverage, etc.).
Industry Experience:

Preferred: Oil & Gas experience.
Location Requirements:

Open to traveling to Juno Beach biweekly (may require relocation).
