This position offers the flexibility of remote work but requires occasional onsite visits for candidates based in Massachusetts. As this is a contract-to-hire role, candidates must be open to conversion to a full-time position after the initial contract period. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements related to the Guidewire platform, particularly PolicyCenter. Design and implement architectural solutions to meet business needs, leveraging expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter. Drive cloud migration initiatives, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with business goals. Analyze and manage data migration processes, providing insights and recommendations for seamless integration. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and project managers, to ensure project success. Conduct regular reviews of the Guidewire platform to identify optimization opportunities. Provide technical leadership and guidance on best practices for Guidewire solutions and cloud integrations. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter. Strong expertise in cloud-based environments and migration strategies. Solid understanding of data migration processes and tools. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with distributed teams. Visa-independent candidates only, as this is a contract-to-hire position.
