Job Description: We are seeking a talented and motivated QA Automation Engineer to join a dynamic team at American Airlines in Dallas, Texas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for writing and maintaining automation scripts using Selenium with Java, as well as performing Java-based coding tasks during interviews. Youll be expected to have strong hands-on experience in automation testing and Java programming skills. Key Responsibilities: Develop, execute, and maintain automation scripts for web applications using Selenium and Java. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand test requirements and design efficient test plans. Ensure that all automation scripts are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with best practices. Execute and troubleshoot test cases across multiple environments. Review and analyze test results, track defects, and provide actionable feedback to the development team. Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and frameworks. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong experience in QA Automation using Selenium WebDriver with Java. Proficiency in Java programming for automation script development. Good understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. Experience with test automation frameworks and tools. Ability to write efficient, maintainable, and well-documented code. Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills. Experience with CI/CD tools and version control systems like Git is a plus.
