Certifications: Certification in data quality or data management is a plus. Key Responsibilities: Lead data quality assurance and testing efforts for the Data, Reporting & Analytics Program. Develop and execute a robust, data-centric test workplan for downstream pipelines, platforms, and solutions. Monitor and report on data anomalies, inconsistencies, and errors. Collaborate with project managers, analysts, and developers to meet data quality objectives. Oversee the creation of test plans, cases, and scripts to validate data accuracy and integrity. Ensure data mapping, transformation, and migration processes adhere to high-quality standards. Drive the adoption of data quality best practices and continuous improvement initiatives. Deliver regular reports on data quality metrics and project progress to leadership. Ensure compliance with data governance and regulatory standards. Partner with analytics teams to ensure high-quality data integration into reporting platforms. Support testing strategies for data analytics and ensure reliable analytical outputs post-migration.
