Job Description Rate: $60 - $68 C2C Location: Grand Rapids MI (Onsite) Visa: GC only Im specifically looking for people with SAP MM and PP experience, and experience in SAP S/4 and the following modules: EWM, TM, PP/DS. This role is for less deep technical knowledge, more analyst background. MUST SKILLS: PPDS hands on experience 3 Main experiences needed: EWM, PPDS, TM Functional hands-on experience, Business Transformation Program Need someone who has the ability to execute test scripts Root cause analysis, high volume, high configuration, create test scripts Task: help train, test, sit with team, 8-3 EST is usual time zone for the team (Asia, Germany) Remote EST/CST/PST SAP S/4 hands on PPDS skills Relocate ok too Location in AL and Grand Rapids MI. Analysts with a functional understanding of the tools EWM, PP/DS, MM (not looking for developers) Good communication skills in the grey space of translation between business requirements and technical solutions This is a functional support role interacting and coaching users. Modifying IMG settings would be the official responsibility of IT, but being able to navigate the IMG would be helpful. Business Function Process Analyst. These positions will be 1 year in length with potential for temp to hire. Based in Grand Rapids but remote will be considered as well. Skills/Abilities Ability to work with cross-functional teams within and outside assigned business areas. Strong communication skills for interaction with all levels internally and externally. Ability to stay current with relevant system methods and emerging technology as well as best business practices. Ability to understand customer sense of urgency and make independent decisions in stressful situations. Intuitive thinking for complex system problem resolution. Ability to analyze business or operational problems and design solution alternatives. Strong project management skills with the ability to develop project scope and action plans. Provide direction and assist process team members for implementation of changes. Education/Experience Bachelors degree and/or professional certifications required or equivalent related experience, relevant to the assigned business process. Thorough understanding of assigned business process, such as engineering, manufacturing and order fulfill processes. Thorough understanding of how assigned business processes relate to the business value streams in a global and/or regional environment.
