Expertise on Designer and Design Manager Hands on experience on Design Center, Control Center, Designer, Workshop, Delivery manager and its respective components. Must have worked on different driver files. Must have good hands-on experience on template development on OpenText Exstream. Must have knowledge on email configurations, print, pdf, archiving. Strong troubleshooting experience on OpenText Exstream project bugs. Should have taken part in at least 2 end to end implementations of OpenText Streamserve / Exstream. Must have experience on upgradation in OpenText Exstream 16 and above. Should know how to configure and customize create of classifications, meta data and business data. Strong working experience on OpenText implementations. Strong command on verbal and written English language, crisp Business communication skills are a mandatory requirement. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills Prior hands-on integration with CRM systems will be an added advantage. Basic knowledge of APIs and workflows Experience on any other CCM tool like xPression Quadient Inspire is a plus. Experience in any Domain like Insurance/Banking/Retail/Manufacturing is a plus. Experience in establishing and maintaining communication channels to Team Leads and client teams, to pass on information like status, issues, risks and concerns. Should have had direct client experience, including working with client teams in an on-site and/or offshore mode.
