From: Asha, Northite [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Looking for Senior Program Manager with Facets Implementation experience Location : 100% Remote but looking for locals in Maryland/Washington, DC/Virginia Duration : Long Term Job Description: Supporting Core Consolidation Program (migrating all platforms to Facets-kick off has been done now time to stand up the environment). Signed contract with Implementation partner (Cognizant) now they are capturing requirements to get the ball rolling. This Program Manager will steer the ship from an overall program mgmt perspective (Leading group of Project Managers and Program Managers to ensure they are getting things done) working alongside the Implementation partner to make sure things are going smoothly and finishes on time. Will be working with Business Readiness Leads as well to ensure overall program health. Manages risks, issues and escalations. Triage and solution as needed. Will need to be able to provide and present to Exec team. This is about a 15 million+ project but the finances are managed by a separate group so this PM will not play a part in managing the budget. Needs to have exp with high paced consistently changing programs. 1/1/2026 implementation of everything over to Facets is the plan, so this person needs to be able to drive projects home that have tight timelines. Needs to have documented history in thriving in this type of environment and be able to explain. If they are cookier cutter and follow a specific process every time, then this will not be the right role for them and things will change day in and day out. Will be responsible for all 6+ workstreams (Overseeing the PMs working them) at a time so should have exp doing this in the past and should be able to speak in detail about those workstreams. Needs to have managed complex programs where he/she has worked closely with implementation partners where there are multiple moving parts / work streams and needs to be able to speak to it. Healthcare BG & Medicare/Medicaid exp is highly preferred. Should at least have a PMP.
