Troubleshoot real-time issues on the shop floor and resolve production issues swiftly. Identify areas for process improvement to streamline workflows and enhance user experience. Support functional design and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for SAP enhancements. Act as a super user, offering training and guidance to new SAP users. Resolve critical production issues using firefighter access when authorized. Required Skills & Qualifications: 8+ years of SAP experience, with 3+ years in SAP PP/QM within discrete complex assembly manufacturing. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and troubleshooting. Experience with trouble tickets and hypercare support. SAP PEO experience is a plus but not required.
